Canadian trucking and logistics company Mullen Group Ltd. reported a strong third quarter, with revenue rising 16% to C$653.2 million, reflecting growth in its transportation and logistics operations.

The Alberta-based company reported a C$51.5 million profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, compared with C$33.2 million during the same period last year. Earnings increased to 52 cents per diluted share from 36 cents a year earlier.

Mullen Group attributed its revenue growth to several factors, including C$44.3 million in internal growth, a C$37.7 million increase in fuel surcharge revenue and C$9.4 million in additional revenue from acquisitions.

On an adjusted basis, the company earned 52 cents per share, compared with 38 cents in the third quarter of 2025. Chair and chief executive Murray Mullen said the company was generating strong results while maintaining a well-funded balance sheet.

The results highlight activity in Canada’s trucking and supply-chain sector, where transportation demand, fuel costs and acquisition strategies can influence business performance.

Mullen Group’s latest earnings provide a positive signal for the company, although future results will depend on market conditions, operating costs and demand across its customer industries.
