Zoomlion Launches Second Employee Football League to Strengthen Team Spirit

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology has officially launched its second employee football league in Changsha, bringing together staff from across its business divisions as global enthusiasm for football continues to grow.

Held under the theme "Youth in Motion, Football Dreams at Zoomlion," the tournament aims to promote workplace engagement, teamwork, and employee well-being while strengthening connections across the company's various operations.

The competition features 13 teams representing 19 business units, including concrete machinery, agricultural equipment, mining machinery, aerial work platforms, overseas operations, smart city solutions, and other corporate functions. More than 30 matches are scheduled between late May and early July.

Company representatives from Zoomlion's labor union, youth league committee, and subsidiary divisions attended the opening ceremony, where participating teams were introduced before taking to the field.

According to the company, the football league serves as more than a sporting event. It provides employees with opportunities to build relationships, collaborate across departments, and develop the values of discipline, determination, and teamwork that are central to Zoomlion's corporate culture.

The tournament opened with a friendly match involving company leaders and standout employee players, creating an energetic atmosphere for the weeks ahead.
